Registration forms for Vacation Bible School here at Good Shepherd are going home in tote bags this week! Return registration forms with payment directly to the church office (located upstairs from the church lobby) or drop them off in the preschool office.
Please note that preschool families might not receive registration confirmation until May in order to allow the church’s Christian education director time to finish processing church members’ registrations. However, there is usually enough room to place all GSLP students who wish to sign up and frequently enough room to offer spots to their elementary-aged siblings as well.
More info: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church will host Vacation Bible School from August 5 to 9, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day. VBS is an exciting program of games, crafts, music, and Bible stories. This year’s theme is “Roar: Life Is Wild. God Is Good.” The featured Bible stories focus on the Old and New Testaments.
VBS campers are grouped by age. The youngest children must have turned three by March 1 and must be potty trained. The oldest children attending will have just completed fifth grade. GSLP families may request placement for students’ elementary-age siblings as well when they register their preschoolers. GSLP students are placed together when creating VBS groups.
Keep an eye on the GSLC VBS website for more updates.
